This is a pretty Fire Engine red patent vinyl top handle bag, briefcase, or clutch by International Classics. The handles can be pushed down and they will disappear into the bag making it a clutch. The top is open for easy reach and the interior consists of one main compartment with a zippered pocket on the side-wall. The dimensions are 11.5"W x 7.75"H x 3.5"D. Drop of handles is 2". Like new condition.
