This is a gorgeous Napcoware footed egg shaped cup or mini vase. It is a beautiful pale blue color with gold accents around the rim and throughout the vase. It has hand painted roses and accents that go around this great piece. What a beautiful accent to any home. The bottom is signed 3199/S. Height 4". Diameter circa 3". Tiny chip as seen in the second picture.
