This is a vintage 1980's black and white wide brim hat with feathers and netting on the rear side of the hat. The front exhibits sequines and large brooch-like beads. There is no makers label inside. No stains, damage, or odor. This is a wonderful example of the Dallas TV Show era and the highly stylized design period of the 1980's. Interior circumference is 22.5".
