This is vintage 1990's red, white, and blue patriotic 4th of July celebration hat in new and unworn condition by Gepetto. Made in USA. Original $65 tags are still attached. Hat inner circumference is 21.5". There is no indication of what material was used but it looks and feels like starched cotton. No stains, damage, or odor.
