Fabulous vintage 1960's, black patent zippered hat or wig box carrying case. This hat box has an interior foam head mounted to the base. Easy zippered access, dark gold interior lining, and brass colored hardware make this an unusual accessory. Faint Illinois address written on the interior lid part. The exterior is in very good condition with only slight scuffs to the bottom. No stains or odor. Dimensions are 10.5"H x 10" across. Handle drop is 6.75".
