Extraordinary large vintage 1970's Veloso's Bermuda bag (Made in Phillipines) in mixed white Polyester & Ramie fabric. Four perlized buttons on each side of the bag hold the exchangeable cover to the purse. White piping accentuates the bottom edge and sides. The top emroidered edge resembles waves and draws attention to the US Naval Academy embroidered logo on the front of the bag. The US Naval Academy motto "Ex Trident Scientia" is also stitched within the logo and is Latin for "From Knowledge, Seapower". Super clean and in excellent condition with minor scuffs to the handle. Dimensions are 13.5"W x 11"H (including handle) x 2.5"D. Height without handle 9.25". Very rare.
