This is a vintage 1980's dark blue (almost black) patent leather shoulder bag purse. No makers mark. The interior has black vinyl lining and consists of one main compartment with a zippered pocket on the interior side wall. Gold colored ring hardware holds the shoulder strap attached and the gold colored accent bar in front of the bag gives this little beauty an interesting look. Dimensions are 7"W x 4.75"H x 3.5"D. Drop of shoulder strap is 10.5".
