Vintage 1960's black patent vinyl double top handle bag with snap top frame closure. There are deep slide in pockets on either side of the frame. The main interior compartment is fully lined with black grossgrain interior lining and has one zippered side wall pocket. No stains, scratches, or odor. Dimensions are 10"W x 7"H x 3"D. Handle drop is 5".
