Rather unusual is this vintage Ruth Saltz black crinkle patent leather frame top handle bag from the late 1970's. Big ball clasp closure on the dark anthracite charcoal colored frame. Rust satin Ruth Saltz logo lining with one main compartment and one zippered side wall pocket. Excellent, clean condition. Dimensions are 11"W x 7"H x 3.5"D (28 cm x 18 cm x 9 cm). Handle drop is 6.5" (16.5 cm)
