SHIPMENTS:
Orders are shipped daily (Monday through Saturday) via USPS*. Buyer agrees to pay a flat rate shipping and handling fee upon checkout. Residents of Georgia will be charged sales tax of 7%. At this time, www.retrodesignerdeals.com can only ship to the 52 states within the US at the flat rate fee. International shipping upon request. 

PAYMENTS:
We accept all major Credit cards through Authorize.net or PayPal. Personal Checks and Cashiers Checks must clear our account (7 to 10 days) before shipment. Money Orders from banks are treated as checks and must clear our account. USPS Money Orders preferred. No wait time on USPS Money Orders

PROMISE: 
Most of our merchandise is vintage pre-owned and may have been altered in some way. We will give our best to describe all measurements, flaws, or alterations. Please read all terms, measurements, descriptions, and mention of flaws thoroughly.

NO HASSLE RETURNS:

If you wish to return a purchase please contact us for an authorized return merchandise number or RMA #. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of issue of RMA #. No exceptions. Clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of the package. Return merchandise must be in original, un-altered, un-used condition. Any modifications to our merchandise void your ability for refund. Unauthorized return will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. If you return merchandise late (after the 7 days) there will also be a a 20% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns on earrings for any reason.
